Outlaw T
The Outlaw T is a stripped-back, no-nonsense instrument built for players who value feel, tone, and long-term reliability.
Handcrafted in Bedford, UK, the Outlaw T takes a familiar single-cut format and refines it with premium materials, careful construction, and a clear focus on playability. At around 7 lbs, it remains comfortably lightweight while offering a solid, planted feel that responds well to both clean and driven playing.
Set Neck Construction:
A defining feature of the Outlaw T is its set neck construction. The glued joint increases contact between the neck and body, promoting strong resonance transfer and smooth, even sustain across the entire fretboard.
The neck joint is carefully shaped to maintain easy upper-fret access, ensuring the guitar feels natural and unrestricted throughout its full range.
Materials & Build:
As standard, the Outlaw T is built using premium woods selected for tonal balance, stability, and visual character:
Tulipwood body — lightweight, resonant, and well balanced
Figured maple neck — strong, stable, and responsive
Figured maple fretboard — snappy attack with excellent clarity
Figured maple pickguard — a distinctive feature that replaces plastic with a solid wooden guard, adding character without unnecessary ornamentation
Every instrument is shaped, finished, and set up by hand, with close attention paid to detail, feel, and long-term durability.
Relic Options:
The Outlaw T can be built unreliced, or with light, moderate, or heavy relicing, depending on player preference.
The guitar shown here features a moderate relic. This level includes natural wear through the finish at common contact points, subtle edge wear, and gently aged hardware — designed to feel played-in and comfortable without overpowering the instrument’s form or materials.
Relicing is always applied with restraint and intent, prioritising realism and playability rather than artificial damage.
Tone & Feel:
The Outlaw T delivers strong note fundamentals, clear attack, and a balanced midrange, with the set neck contributing to a smooth, connected feel across the fretboard. It responds well to dynamics and touch, remaining articulate under gain and open when played clean.
